SimpleQ

SimpleQ is a FREE plug-in that emulates the simple Bass/Treble tone controls found on stereos and smaller mixing consoles. While simple in operation, this plug in is extremely useful. SimpleQ is a “shelving” equalizer that can boost or cut the high or low frequencies by up to 10dB.
Triple EQ
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
Blue Cat’s Triple EQ is a 3 bands semi-parametric equalizer that can be controlled as a single filter with customizable shape. It includes a low shelf filter, a high shelf filter and a boost/cut peak filter. Its wide range of gain (+/-40 dB per band) and bandwidth (.01 to 5 Octave) makes it very versatile to create any filter shape. The three filters are linked together so that when you change the center frequency or the bandwidth, the parameters of the three filters are modified accordingly: you can control the entire equalizer characteristics with a single mouse click.
The graph shows the computed frequency response of the plug-in, so that you can exactly know how your signal is processed. The controls are now directly available on the filter graph, making the design of the filter shape even easier.

NyquistEq
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
Parametric graphic equalizer with excellent response all the way up to Nyquist. It never clicks, and it handles deep bass well too. The Nyquist frequency is the highest representable frequency for a given sample rate. The trebliest of the treble. Most other digital eqs have great problems producing a natural sound here.

Tiny-Q
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
Tiny-Q is one of the worlds tiniest full-parametric EQ, if not the tiniest. At least in regards of the GUI. On not more than 4585 pixel you can find an eight band parametric equaliser with pass, shelf and peaking filters. Beside that theres a small magnitude display and a level meter.
The design goals include to create a very small, fast and accurate EQ. The compromising side effects of a non-distracting GUI might come handy in some situations, when it is all about sound.

Paris EQ
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
The Paris VST EQ is a 4-band stereo parametric VST equaliser plugin utilising the same algorithm as the E-mu/Ensoniq Paris system. It offers the same musicality and quirkiness as the original including soft-limiting, grungy distortion ability, and resonant behaviour under certain conditions.
Previously only accessible to those who owned the Paris custom DSP hardware, this unique EQ is now available to all PC DAW users. Paris users will also appreciate finally being able to have the same high quality EQ available on both native and card submixes.
Features:
- 4-band fully parametric EQ.
- Switchable EQ type per band - High pass, high shelf, peaking, low shelf, or low pass.
- Adjustable cut/boost for shelving and peaking types, and adjustable bandwidth (in octaves) for peaking type.
- Adjustable trim at output, allowing for level adjustment and saturation effects.
- Phase-reverse and all EQ in/out switches.
- 64-bit internal precision.
- Enough character to be an instrument unto itself.
Classic EQ

Classic EQ is a 7 Band Stereo Equaliser with a warm analog sound, well suited to make non-surgical tonal corrections on all instruments, vocals and final mixes. The passive and additive structure, together with unique “Warm” and “Saturation” algorithms, produces warm and pleasant sound, just like some of the most expensive vintage gear. The left and right channels can be adjusted individually or linked together.

Overtone GEQ
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
Overtone GEQ is 7-band harmonic (overtone) graphic equalizer with multi-channel support (supporting up to 8 input/output channels, host setup-dependent). Overtone GEQ offers extensive internal channel routing capabilities, and supports mid/side channel processing.
Beside equalizing, Overtone GEQ applies harmonic enhancement processing: it uses 7 harmonic enhancement modules, one for each EQ band. This generates a complex harmonic coloration you will probably like a lot.
Overtone GEQ was designed to allow audio engineers to apply quick EQ shape adjustments together with adding a bit of harmonic richness to the audio material (mainly mixes and sub-mixes due to a comparably high processing load this EQ puts on a CPU).
Electri-Q
Filed Under: VST Effects/EQ | report broken link
‘Electri-Q’ - posihfopit edition’ is a simple, intuitive, but powerful minimum phase EQ, which makes it very easy to adjust the magnitude of any audio material. Due to its flexibility, it can be used on every track or even as a mastering equalizer.
The plugin offers two different algorithms. The algorithm ‘Analog’ was modelled on a transistor based circuit of a real analog EQ. On the other hand ‘Digital’ is a pure and neutral digital EQ without any coloration. ‘Electri-Q - posihfopit edition’ has up to 64 bands and offers several filter types.
